Hallo liebe Mayaliebhaber mit Programmierambitionen!

Ich habe vor kurzem das MEL Studio Pro von Digimation entdeckt und wollte fragen, ob jemand damit schon gearbeitet hat.
Ich überlege mir die Software zuzulegen, aber würde gerne noch 1,2 Meinungen von Nutzern dazu hören. Hat das Plugin große Vorteile gegenüber Opensource/Freeware Editoren wie ConTEXT. o.ä.?

Ich nutze MEL-Script momentan für Rigging-Geschichten...

Ja, die hatte ich auch schon durch gelesen. Frage mich halt nur, ob es sich lohnt, dafür dann >100 Euro hinzulegen. Weil es ja auch opensource Editoren gibt, die nicht ganz hinterm Mond sind. Ich glaub das beste ist, wie du schon andeutest, mal auf englischen Foren zu schauen und nach Meinungen zu suchen.
