As you can easily do a day/night cycle in CE3, maybe you can set some moonlight in a blueish color to give the scene a more interesting look instead of only the camp fire in front of the house, also why does the house not have any lights at the wall? and the camp fire does not make a lot of sense in the scene because the building seems to be not that old to only be lit by camp fires and torches^^
Also, if there is no specular on the stone , then the light is damn bright and it doesn not matter if there is a too high spec value or not, the light spot on the basement is just too bright

but overall, yes, you are making some nice progress with your knowledge and workflow and your picture looks cool although there is still a lot of room as I guess you know already smile

the stone have no spec map at all, only normal bump and the green is inverted smile
will fix that soon, still need to retopo some of the collision geometry- since Cryengine has it's particularly work-flow - and some more minor adjustments to be able to move freely inside the house.
Textures comes last. I have made HUGE improvement since that car modelling. especially in the map baking (high poly to low poly) i can bake a high poly made from hundredths of objects to a low poly made from hundredths of elements without screwing the UVW ... and getting a clean Normal map , and then all together for AO, and not using the frame exploding animation method
*the windows are breakable, and all the materials act as physical material - wood, stone - and on shoot it leaves decals specifically for that material. So it's more than just a photo . and some of the doors and windows are missing because they are separate objects that you can interact with (open/close/ break glass).
will post more work soon with a link with a video playing inside the house and wrecking some chairs, and opening some chest.
Cryengine has a very powerful shader ... it makes good GI that it's hard to get even with V-ray or m-ray
